Welcome to TheraLink. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must create and manage the account.
5. Booking and Payments
5.1 Credit System
We use a credit-based system:
- 1 credit = RM50
- Each appointment costs 1 credit, regardless of therapist
- Credits are non-refundable except as outlined in our cancellation policy
5.2 Cancellation Policy
- Cancel more than 24 hours before appointment: 100% refund
- Cancel less than 24 hours before appointment: No refund
- Therapist cancels: 100% refund
- No-shows: No refund
