Browse our therapist directory, select a therapist that matches your needs, choose an available time slot, and complete your booking. Book up to 90 days in advance with at least 24 hours notice. Sessions are typically 60 minutes.
Tokens are our credit system for booking appointments. 1 token = RM50. Each appointment costs 1 token regardless of the therapist. You can purchase tokens in packages through our secure payment gateway, and unused tokens remain in your account for future bookings.
We accept payments through Billplz via FPX online banking. All payments are secure and processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
We offer three appointment types: Virtual (via Google Meet from anywhere), Center Visit (at the therapist's clinic), and Home Visit (therapist comes to your location). Not all therapists offer all types, so check their profile for availability.
Yes, you can cancel or request to reschedule through your dashboard. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment receive a full token refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.
Virtual appointments are conducted via Google Meet. Once your appointment is confirmed, you'll receive a meeting link. Simply click the link at your scheduled time to join the video session with your therapist.
Yes, all therapists on TheraLink are verified Speech-Language Pathologists registered with Malaysian healthcare authorities. We review their credentials, qualifications, and professional experience before approval.
Absolutely! You can add dependents to your account and book appointments on their behalf. This is perfect for parents booking for children or caregivers managing appointments for elderly family members.
If a therapist cancels your appointment, you'll receive a full token refund automatically. You'll be notified via email and can rebook with the same or a different therapist.
Speech-Language Pathologists can register through our "Join as Therapist" page. You'll need to submit your credentials, qualifications, and professional registration details. Our team reviews all applications to ensure quality standards.
