How do I book an appointment?
Browse our therapist directory, select a therapist, and choose an available time slot. Book up to 90 days in advance with at least 24 hours notice.
How long is a typical session?
Sessions are typically 60 minutes. Therapists schedule 15-minute buffers between appointments for notes and preparation.
What are your payment terms?
We use a credit-based system. Purchase credits in advance and use them to book sessions. 1 credit = RM50 = 1 session.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Are virtual sessions available?
Yes! Many therapists offer virtual sessions via Google Meet. You can filter for this when browsing.
